Sweet tooth sabotaging you? 🍭 Nothing destroys progress faster than a sugar addiction 🚫 Here are a few GUILT FREE ways to satisfy a sweet tooth 🍬 1. Dark chocolate 🍫 When you're craving something sweet, grab a dark chocolate bar rather than that sugar-laden milk chocolate bar. It is so rich you will only need a couple of squares to feel satisfied! Quality dark chocolate with 70-85% cocoa (not that sugary stuff) is loaded with powerful antioxidants and is rich in fiber, iron, magnesium, copper and manganese. 2. Banana "ice cream" 🍨 When you're craving a big bowl of ice cream filled with heavy cream and sugar, try banana ice cream instead. I promise the texture of blended frozen bananas will make you think you are actually eating a big bowl of ice cream! Cut up a couple of bananas into small pieces and freeze them until solid. Transfer the frozen bananas to a blender and blend until smooth. You can also personalize your banana ice cream by adding vanilla, cocoa and peanut butter. 3. Frozen grapes 🍇 Frozen grapes are actually one of my favorite snacks! They’re super refreshing, incredibly healthy, low-calorie, and SO easy. They kind of taste like frozen candy. TRY THEM! 4. Low Sugar Fruit 🍎 Skip the dessert for a natural sweet treat that actually adds nutritional value and saves you some calories.
