2 Intermittent Fasting


We first heard about Intermittent Fasting and its effectiveness from Terry Crews. He credits his muscular physique and 6 pack abs to Intermittent fasting.

You still intake your 2000 Calories a day. The trick is to take them all in between an 8 hour period. Terry eats from 2:00 PM to 10:00 pm. That leaves 16 hours for your body to do other things other than digesting your meals.

It can also reduce your body fat and allow your six pack to show.
