5 Eat fewer Carbs and more Protein

You need to cut the sugar overall but if you are not going to do that,  Add Protein and Green leafy vegetables in the form of a smoothie.

Smoothie recipe.

  1. Banana
  2. Scoop of Vegetable or Whey Protein
  3. 1 Cup of Kale
  4. Frozen fruit (Strawberries, Peaches, Blueberries) Your choice
  5. Orange Juice or water with a little honey
  6. Try adding lemon juice, carrots and ginseng occasionally

Blend in your smoothie blender. And take within 30 minutes of your morning workout.  Also if you have a smoothie at 7 am you should have your last meal at 3:00 PM if your are Intermittent Fasting.

Ideally we need 2 cups of vegetables each day for adequate fiber intake.  Fiber also helps with a flat stomach by allowing your intestines to work better. Read on to discover the secret to a flat belly you probably haven’t discovered yet.
